Manufacturers Warranty Manufacturers warranty is specified by the manufacturer of the item and will be stated in the documentation supplied with the item. If the goods break down or stop working correctly during the manufacturers warranty period, we will try to replace them or repair the fault as soon as reasonably possible after you have returned the goods to us.
Returns If you receive damaged or faulty goods we will replace the item free of charge or supply a full refund.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods contact us and we shall issue a return authorization and cover the return postage costs. We are unable to cover return costs if the return was not authorized. If the goods returned are found not to be damaged or faulty then we shall notify you and can either arrange for the goods to be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense or a refund can be issued subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you order the incorrect, or no longer require, goods ordered we will accept the return subject to the goods arriving with us in the original packaging, undamaged and unused. A restocking fee of 20% of the items invoice value will be charged for items returned due to them being unwanted or incorrectly ordered.
We are unable to accept returns on custom orders where the products have been 'keyed alike' / masterkeyed.
All items must be returned to the Lockshop Warehouse within 14 days of shipping.
