WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

KEYED ALIKE - This option is used if you want more than one lock to operate with the same key. Locks by different manufacturers cannot be keyed alike.

KEYED TO DIFFER - This option is used if you want all the locks to have different keys. If you only order one lock then it would be keyed to differ by default.

MASTER KEYED - A good example of this is a hotel where all the guests have their own individual keys to their rooms but the hotel manager has one masterkey that will open all the locks.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Complaints. If you have any cause for complaint regarding our site or any products supplied please email us the details at the above address or telephone our customer support line ( see the reaching us section). We will investigate and reply to you within 5 working days.
Delivery Schedule Same day despatch whenever possible. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days via Royal Mail or Parcelforce
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may retun it to us for a prompt refund. You must inform us of your intention to cancel within 7 working days of delivery and we will refund the whole of your money within a maximum of 30 days, subject to the item(s) being unused and in their original condition and packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the costs for returning the goods to us.

Manufacturers Warranty Manufacturers warranty is specified by the manufacturer of the item and will be stated in the documentation supplied with the item. If the goods break down or stop working correctly during the manufacturers warranty period, we will try to replace them or repair the fault as soon as reasonably possible after you have returned the goods to us.

Returns If you receive damaged or faulty goods we will replace the item free of charge or supply a full refund. All items must be returned to the Lockshop Warehouse within 14 days of shipping.
