Each group of locks will then receive keys.

The GK350 Rim Electric Release is a surface-mounted electronic strike designed to work alongside standard rim night latches. It provides a reliable solution for integrating electronic access control into timber doors where a mortice strike is not suitable or desired.

This unit functions by replacing the existing rim latch receiver. When activated by an access control system, such as a keypad or intercom, the release mechanism allows the latch bolt of the night latch to move, permitting entry. It is typically used in residential blocks, shared offices, and small commercial premises to manage visitor entry efficiently.

Installation is straightforward as the unit is surface-mounted onto the door frame, reducing the amount of timber removal required. It is compatible with most standard rim night latches and can be integrated into wider security systems requiring remote release functionality.
