The Asec 68mm Lever Pad UPVC Door Furniture is a high-specification handle set designed for use with multipoint locking systems. Featuring a lever for the internal face and an offset pad for the external face, this configuration is typically employed to ensure that the door cannot be opened from the outside without a key, even if the latch is not fully deadlocked. This makes it an ideal choice for residential front doors where controlled entry is a priority.

A distinguishing feature of this model is the integrated rocker snib, located on the side of the handle backplate. This mechanism allows the user to engage a hold-back function on the latch or to dead-lock the handle operation manually from the interior. The furniture is manufactured using a hot forging process, providing a dense and durable structure that resists wear and mechanical stress.

To ensure longevity in external environments, the units are electro-coated, offering enhanced protection against corrosion. This furniture is compatible with Euro profile cylinders and is suitable for both sprung and unsprung applications depending on the specific lock case installed. When replacing existing hardware, it is essential to verify that the PZ centres and screw fixing positions match the existing door preparation.
