If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

The ASEC Lockmaster Copy Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt Single Spindle Gearbox is a precision-engineered solution designed for the repair and maintenance of UPVC and composite doors. As a direct replacement for the original Lockmaster centre case, it offers a cost-effective alternative to replacing the entire multi-point locking mechanism.

This gearbox features a single spindle setup with standard 92mm centres and is available in either a 35mm or 45mm backset. The 228mm high case is designed for durability and smooth operation. It is fully reversible, allowing for quick adjustment to suit both left and right-handed applications by simply removing a screw to flip the latch.

Yes, this Asec gearbox is designed as a precision-engineered direct replacement for Lockmaster centre cases. It provides a cost-effective way to repair UPVC or composite doors without the need to purchase an entire new multi-point locking mechanism.

The latch is fully reversible to accommodate any door handing. To change the orientation, simply remove the screw holding the latch in place, flip the latch head to the required side, and then re-insert and tighten the screw.

To ensure a correct fit, you should verify the following measurements on your existing lock:

  • Centres: 92mm (the distance between the centre of the handle spindle and the centre of the key cylinder).
  • Backset: Either 35mm or 45mm (the distance from the front of the lock faceplate to the centre of the handle spindle).

This is a lever-operated gearbox. To engage the locking points, you lift the lever handle upwards. Once the points are engaged, turn the Euro profile cylinder one full turn to secure the deadbolt and lock the door. To open, reverse the process by turning the key and then pushing the lever down.
