When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

Each group of locks will then receive keys.

The Asec Mila Copy Latch Only Gearbox is a specialized replacement part designed to suit old-style Mila latch-only cases. It offers a cost-effective solution for repairing or refurbishing existing UPVC door systems without the need to replace the entire multipoint locking strip.

The latch can be easily reversed by removing the screw in the side of the case, flipping the latch to the opposite hand, and then refitting the screw. Operation is straightforward: lift the lever to engage the locking mechanisms and turn the cylinder to lock. Please note that the fixing points are unthreaded and require the use of self-tapping screws for installation.

These replacement gearboxes are supplied with inline connectors. If your original lock uses an offset or cranked connector, the drive gear behind the faceplate may need slight modification (adapting the square hole into a slot) to ensure correct operation.

This gearbox is designed with standard 92mm centres (the distance between the handle spindle and the center of the key cylinder), making it compatible with most standard UPVC door handle sets used on Mila systems.

The latch is fully reversible to suit both left and right-hand opening doors. To reverse it, simply remove the screw located on the side of the case, flip the latch head over, and refit the screw securely.

The fixing points on this replacement gearbox are unthreaded. You will need to use self-tapping screws to attach the gearbox to your existing multipoint locking strip.

This unit is supplied with inline connectors. If your original Mila lock uses offset or cranked connectors, you may need to slightly modify the drive gear behind the faceplate by filing the square hole into a slot to ensure compatibility.
