Fits a variety of UPVC frames. Also suitable for doors.

Simple to operate. When locked (as photo) the silver button needs to be pressed in to release. This can be prevented by tightening the allen screw in the body with the key supplied.

Supplied with two screw blanking plugs and three thicknesses of nylon buttons which press into the end of the moveable arm to adjust the clearance to the frame.
