Practical shared-code access without batteries or wiring. The AS2300 combines a mechanical keypad with a tubular latch and an optional holdback facility.

Holdback keeps the latch retracted when unrestricted access is wanted; ordinary coded use controls entry again once it is released. Check the door thickness and latch backset when replacing existing hardware, and distinguish complete locks from replacement latches.
