FAQs

This Z and L bracket set is specifically designed for use on inward-opening doors. It allows for the correct positioning of the magnetic lock on the frame and the armature plate on the door when the door swings towards the protected side.

These brackets are manufactured specifically to suit "MINI" series electromagnetic locks. They are not compatible with standard-sized or large magnetic locks due to their specific dimensions and mounting hole patterns.

The kit includes the necessary components for a single door installation:

  • One "L" shaped bracket for mounting the lock to the door frame.
  • A two-part adjustable "Z" bracket assembly for mounting the armature plate to the door.

This product is a single bracket set intended for one door leaf. If you are installing magnetic locks on a set of double doors, you will need to purchase two of these kits to accommodate both sides.
