Latch & Deadbolt

The Avocet DLPN352H4RT combines a central latch and deadbolt with two opposing hooks and four roller cams. Avocet's older Pioneer catalogue identifies this exact RT model and lists it without a sash lifter.

The hooks and rollers need to engage with the correct keeps. The catalogue lists handed full-length keeps DKPN352H4RLT and DKPN352H4RRT for this model; they should not be substituted with a keep for a different hook-and-roller layout.

Avocet describes lever/lever and lever/pad applications and a reversible centre latch. Match the handles, spindle arrangement and handing procedure to the installed lock. These range descriptions are not a guarantee of key-only outside entry or direct fit.

Compare the complete strip layout, centre-case preparation, fixing positions and door profile before replacement. Roller engagement is part of the closing and sealing arrangement, but fitting this lock does not guarantee weather sealing or improved thermal performance.
