The Avocet DLPN352H2RT has a central latch and deadbolt, two opposing hooks and two roller cams. Avocet's older Pioneer catalogue identifies this exact RT model and lists it without a sash lifter. It should not be confused with the RSS sash-lifter version.

The catalogue describes lever/lever and lever/pad applications. The handle and spindle arrangement must match the intended function; twin-spindle construction alone does not establish key-only outside entry.

The original model table lists full-length keeps DKPN352H2RLT and DKPN352H2RRT. Check the handed keep, profile packing, complete strip layout, centre case and fixing positions before replacement. The same brand or faceplate width is not enough to establish compatibility.
