The Avocet Twin Spindle Multipoint Lock is a robust door hardware solution designed to provide high-level security and reliable weather sealing. This mechanism incorporates a central gearbox with a latch and deadbolt, supplemented by two additional deadbolts and four roller cams. The rollers are specifically designed to pull the door sash tightly against the frame, ensuring an airtight seal and preventing draughts.

A notable feature of this lock is the twin spindle functionality. With centres at 92mm and 62mm, it allows for the installation of lever/pad handles, which can prevent unauthorised external entry even when the door is unlocked from the inside. This makes it an ideal choice for residential front doors where controlled access is required.

This multipoint lock is typically used as a replacement part for existing Avocet systems. It is compatible with Euro profile cylinders and is designed to fit doors with a standard 16mm Eurogroove.
