Briton 376E Single Panic Bolt

The Briton 376E Single Panic Bolt is a high-performance emergency exit device designed to facilitate safe and rapid egress from public buildings. Functioning through a horizontal push bar, the mechanism instantly retracts the vertical shoot bolts when operated, making it ideal for environments where panic situations may occur. Its self-handed design ensures compatibility with both left and right-opening doors, providing versatility for various installation scenarios.

Typical applications include school halls, hospitals, and commercial premises where compliance with safety regulations is paramount. The device is suitable for both single doors and the active leaf of a double door set. To ensure a perfect fit, the tubular steel shoots and the crossbar can be cut to size on-site, accommodating door heights up to 2500mm and widths up to 1300mm.
