Chameleon Modular Repair Lock Hook & Roller Extension Set

The Chameleon Modular Repair Lock Hook & Roller Extension Set is a versatile component designed to extend the reach and functionality of modular multi-point locking systems. This set includes two extension strips featuring a combination of hooks and rollers, which provide multiple points of engagement to secure the door against the frame effectively.

Engineered for use on UPVC and composite doors, the extensions feature a standard 16mm faceplate. A primary advantage of this modular system is that the strips are cropable, allowing them to be adjusted on-site to fit the specific height requirements of the door. This versatility makes the set an ideal choice for repair and maintenance scenarios where an exact replacement lock is no longer available.

Typical applications include refurbishing existing door hardware or building a complete multi-point lock when used in conjunction with a compatible Chameleon centre case. The set is provided with the necessary adjustable strikes and packers to ensure a smooth operation and a secure fit within the door frame.

Supplied scope: this is the 16mm Chameleon hook/roller extension set with its matching keeps, not a complete lock or a universal gearbox replacement. Use it with the matching Chameleon modular centre assembly and compare the serrated connections and locking-point positions before cropping. It is also a replenishment part for the all-in-one kit; do not add it as a required extra when the correct extension set is already included.
