Chameleon Modular Repair Lock Mushroom and Roller Extension Set

The Chameleon Modular Repair Lock Extension Set is a technical component designed for use with modular multipoint locking systems. This set incorporates two mushroom cams and two roller cams, providing a versatile locking configuration that enhances both security and weather sealing on UPVC and composite doors.

Engineered for adaptability, these extensions are intended for use with the Chameleon modular repair lock range. They are a primary choice for maintenance professionals when dealing with obsolete lock mechanisms, as the bars can be cropped to size to match the specific dimensions of the door being serviced.

Functional features include:

• Roller Cams: Facilitate smooth operation and pull the door into the frame for a tighter seal.
• Mushroom Cams: Provide interlocking security to prevent the door from being forced away from the frame.
• System Compatibility: Designed to work as part of a modular system, allowing for flexible locking point placement.

This extension set is typically used during the repair or replacement of existing door hardware where a standard one-piece lock is not suitable. Its 16mm faceplate width ensures it fits standard Eurogroove profiles found in modern door constructions.

Supplied scope: this is the 16mm Chameleon mushroom/roller extension set with its matching keeps, not a complete lock or a universal gearbox replacement. Use it with the matching Chameleon modular centre assembly and compare the serrated connections and locking-point positions before cropping. It is also a replenishment part for the all-in-one kit; do not add it as a required extra when the correct extension set is already included.
