ERA 2 Hook 2 Roller Split Spindle Multipoint Lock

The ERA Multipoint Lock is a high-security locking system designed for use on a variety of entrance doors, including PVCu, composite, and timber. This lever-operated mechanism serves as a comprehensive security solution, providing multiple points of engagement along the door frame to ensure both safety and a weather-tight seal.

This variant features a split spindle operation, which is typically utilised in lever/pad handle configurations. This setup ensures that the door remains locked from the outside once closed, requiring a key to retract the latch even if the deadbolt has not been engaged. The hardware includes two hooks for anti-lift protection and two rollers which assist in pulling the door leaf tight against the frame, improving thermal performance and draught proofing.

For enhanced security, the lock incorporates a central brass deadbolt with a 22mm throw and bi-directional locking hooks that resist forced entry attempts. The mechanism is non-handed, featuring a reversible sash bolt that allows for easy installation on both left and right-handed doors. It is engineered to meet the requirements of PAS 24 and is supported by Secured by Design accreditation, making it a reliable choice for both new installations and replacement applications.
