The ERA Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt Multipoint Lock is a high-security solution designed for versatile application across PVCu, composite, timber, and steel faced entrance doors. This 2-hook mechanism provides significant protection against physical attack, featuring bi-directional hooks that grip the keeps to prevent the door from being jemmied or forced apart from the frame.

This variant is specifically designed with a split spindle operation. This makes it ideal for use with lever/pad handle sets where an external key is required to operate the latch, providing a night latch function for controlled access. The central gearbox is equipped with a 22mm throw brass deadbolt and a reversible latch bolt, ensuring the system can be adapted to any door handing during installation.

Commonly used for both new door builds and as a replacement unit in existing systems, this multipoint lock includes a snib facility as standard. It is engineered to meet the requirements of Secured by Design and has undergone rigorous testing to PAS 24 standards, offering professional-grade security for residential and commercial properties.
