Latch & Deadbolt

ERA SureFire DLSF-35-609-85 / DLSF-45-609-85 locks automatically when the door closes. The original manufacturer sheet identifies these two radius-facebar versions. Backset, case preparation and keep locations must match the exact drawing before replacement.

The sheet specifies a stainless steel facebar, zinc-plated case, aluminium hooks, zinc-alloy deadbolt and stainless steel latch; the complete lock should not be described as hardened stainless steel. The stated endurance test exceeds 150,000 cycles.

The original sheet describes PAS 24 performance as part of a compliant doorset and 30-minute fire testing to BS 476 Parts 20/22:1987. These are assembly-dependent claims, not blanket approval for every fire door. Later SureFire generations have different references and test statements; do not transfer their specifications to these items.

Correct replacement selection depends on overall length and the actual locking-point positions. Compare the original lock with the exact manufacturer drawing before ordering.
