The ERA SureFire Hook Keep is a high-performance security component designed specifically for integration with the SureFire range of multipoint door locks. It provides a robust and secure engagement point for the lock hooks, ensuring the door remains firmly latched and resistant to forced entry.

Typically applied to composite doors, this keep is engineered to meet the demands of modern residential and commercial door sets. It features an adjustable mechanism that allows for +/- 2mm of lateral movement, enabling installers to fine-tune the fit for optimal compression and smooth operation. This adjustment is particularly useful for maintaining performance if the door shifts over time.

For safety and compliance, the keep has been rigorously tested. It is suitable for 30-minute fire doors, having been tested to BS 476: Part 20/22. Furthermore, it is Secured by Design approved and compliant with PAS 24, providing a police-preferred level of security when used as part of a complete lock system. The component is also highly durable, featuring corrosion resistance tested to 240 hours under BS EN 1670 standards.
