The ERA SureFire Centre Keep is a precision-engineered component designed to provide a secure and adjustable engagement point for the ERA SureFire range of multipoint door locks. Primarily utilised in composite door installations, this keep is essential for ensuring the central latch and deadbolt mechanisms operate effectively within the door frame.

To accommodate natural door movement and installation tolerances, the keep provides +/- 2mm of lateral adjustability. This allows for fine-tuning on-site, ensuring that the door maintains an airtight seal and that the locking mechanism remains easy to operate without binding. For high-performance environments, the unit has been rigorously tested for corrosion resistance to BS EN 1670, ensuring long-term durability against the elements.

Security and safety are central to the design; the product is Secured by Design accredited and meets the requirements of PAS24. Additionally, it is suitable for use in fire-rated applications, having been 30-minute fire tested to BS 476: Part 20/22.
