741-DS ( of Stock)
731DS /741DS Series features an e-coated hardened steel lock body with molybdenum shackle to resist drilling, sawing, twisting, and brute force attacks. The rectangular design limits the spacing and blocks the access to blot cutter when the lock is in place. The anti-drill sliding cover plate provides high standard drilling resistance in cooperation with slide-in slot and anti-drill plate.
Both single and double slot options are available and can be used in accordance with chains or hasps.
DS refers to double slots for going with the chain. To prevent the heavy lock from dropping off, the first slot will be opened when unlocking. By twisting and pulling the shackle the second slot can be opened.
This lock is ideal for security warehouses, factory gates, lorries, etc.

The double slot feature is specifically designed to prevent the heavy padlock from accidentally dropping when it is unlocked. Only the first slot opens initially; you must then twist and pull the shackle to release the second slot, which is especially helpful when the lock is attached to a chain.
This padlock provides maximum protection through a combination of high-strength materials and design:
The lock utilizes a 6-pin brass cylinder that is anti-bump, anti-drill, and anti-pick. It also features a specialized anti-drill sliding cover plate and internal anti-drill plates to defend the locking mechanism against power tool attacks.
Yes, the FD741-DS is specifically designed for use with chains and hasps. With a 14mm shackle diameter and a robust 103mm body width, it is an ideal high-security solution for securing warehouses, factory gates, and heavy vehicles like lorries.

The Federal Restricted Profile Key is a high-security solution designed for use with compatible Federal padlock cylinders. Unlike standard key profiles, restricted systems utilise unique keyway patterns that prevent the unauthorised duplication of keys at standard retail outlets. This ensures that the owner maintains absolute control over the number of keys in circulation.
Typically used in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings, these keys are integral to master key systems and complex security infrastructures. They are used when high-level access control is required, such as for perimeter gates, storage facilities, and high-value asset protection. When ordering additional or replacement keys, valid authorisation or a security card is typically required to verify the request.
