The Ferco Tripact Lever Operated Multipoint Lock is a comprehensive locking system designed for use in PVCu and timber door applications. This mechanism integrates a central latch and deadbolt with two secondary small hooks, offering multiple locking points for enhanced security and weather sealing. It is commonly utilised as a direct replacement for failed or legacy Ferco Tripact units.

This lock features 70mm centres and is designed for 7mm single spindle operation, making it compatible with a wide range of standard lever-lever handle sets. The 20mm faceplate ensures it fits into existing door preparations, while the Euro profile lock case allows for the installation of standard security cylinders. The lever-operated function ensures a smooth locking action by lifting the handle to engage the hooks and deadbolt before turning the key.
