Firestop single-fin fire and smoke intumescent seals for rebated timber door leaves or frames, supplied in 2100mm lengths. The required width and fire-resistance application depend on the tested doorset specification.

  • 4mm thick, with an acrylic self-adhesive backing.
  • Manufactured in the UK.
  • Single-fin fire and smoke sealing profile.

Certifire CF846 covers specified installations, not every door or seal size. The complete doorset, seal type, size and position must match the certificate and installation instructions.

Durations identify the documented applications for each model; they are not a standalone FD classification for the loose seal. A 30-60 minute label denotes the specified 30- or 60-minute doorset applications, not universal suitability.

Supplied in 2100mm lengths. The backing aids fitting; the required rebate, gaps, positioning and complete doorset construction remain as specified by Firestop and the relevant approval.

Fire evidence: BS 476-22:1987 within Certifire CF846. Smoke evidence: BS 476-31.1:1983 for the applicable smoke-seal installations. TS35 and TS21 are assessment schedules, not separate certificate numbers.
