The Fullex Crimebeater 220 Pro has a central latch and deadbolt with two opposing remote hooks. The supplied version is listed with 45mm backset, 92mm PZ and a 20mm faceplate.
The inline split-spindle arrangement lets the outside handle operate the locking mechanism without withdrawing the latch; outside latch release requires the cylinder key. The centre deadbolt engages when the handle is lifted.
Replacement fit: compare the exact case version, backset, follower arrangement, fixings, latch/bolt positions and drive connections to the locking strip. Matching the brand or PZ centres alone does not establish interchangeability. A gearbox repair retains the existing strip and keeps only when those parts remain serviceable and compatible.
Version check: confirm the supplied overall length, hook positions and radius-ended faceplate against the existing lock before replacement. More than one 220 Pro length is published, so the CRB220 range label alone is not an exact-fit guarantee. Confirm whether matching keeps are included or need separate replacement.
Security performance depends on the complete doorset and its specified lock, keeps, cylinder, furniture and installation. A range-level approval does not establish a separate Secured by Design or PAS 24 certification for a loose replacement gearbox.
