Latch & Deadbolt

This 44mm Fullex Crimebeater bolt-lock family has three deadbolts in total: the centre deadbolt and two remote bolts, with a central latch. It is distinct from the Crimebeater two-hook version.

The listed 35mm and 45mm backset versions use a wide white aluminium faceplate for matching composite-door preparations. Verify the original strip, centre case, spindle positions and frame-keep preparation. A wider strip is not interchangeable with a 20mm stainless-steel version solely because the backset agrees.

Use the correctly matched Euro-profile cylinder and furniture for the actual door thickness. Do not assume an existing cylinder or a lever-pad handle will suit without checking the complete arrangement.

FAQs

Twin/dual spindle means separate spindle positions for the appropriate 92mm or 92/62mm furniture. It is not the same as an inline split spindle. Match the actual handle and spindle arrangement before specifying outside-latch operation.

There are three deadbolts in total: one at the centre case and two remote deadbolts. This family does not use the two remote hooks of the separate Crimebeater hook-lock version.

Security performance and any certification depend on the complete tested doorset, including its specified lock, keeps, cylinder, furniture and installation. This replacement lock alone does not establish doorset certification or compliance with a particular insurance policy.

Use a correctly sized Euro-profile cylinder with the required cam and security specification for the complete door assembly. The cylinder length and furniture clearance must be checked; not every existing cylinder is automatically suitable.
