Derived from the successful SL16 platform, this model features a robust combination of locking points including hooks, anti-lift bolts, and rollers to ensure a secure fit and resistance to forced entry.

Equipped with a twin spindle gearbox, the XL model provides flexibility in handle operation, commonly used to manage access from the outside. The four roller cams are designed to provide consistent compression against the keeps, ensuring the door remains weather-tight and operates smoothly. Because the unit is extendable at both the top and bottom, it can be adapted for a variety of door heights and is frequently utilised in French door systems when paired with shootbolts.

This locking mechanism is an ideal choice for both new installations and like-for-like replacements.
