When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.
If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.
Each group of locks will then receive keys.
The GU Europa Inboard Multipoint Lock is a lever-operated locking system designed for high-security residential door applications. It features a central gearbox containing a latch and deadbolt, supplemented by two hooks and two roller cams positioned along the faceplate. This combination offers both the physical security of hook bolts and the compressive weather-sealing benefits of adjustable rollers.
This mechanism is typically used as a replacement part in PVC-U, timber, or composite doors. The "inboard" designation refers to the specific positioning of the locking components relative to the gearbox, making it essential for doors with specific profile configurations. Operation is straightforward: lifting the door handle engages the hooks and rollers into their respective keeps, and a turn of the key in a Euro cylinder throws the deadbolt to secure the door.
Built with standard 92mm centres, this unit is compatible with a wide variety of industry-standard lever-lever or lever-pad handle sets. It is designed for long-term reliability in both new installations and retrofit maintenance scenarios.
To operate this system, you lift the door handle upwards to engage the two hooks and two roller cams into their keeps. Finally, turn the key in your Euro profile cylinder to throw the central deadbolt and fully secure the door.
This lock provides a dual-action benefit for your door:
Yes, provided your handles have standard 92mm centres. This measurement is the distance from the centre of the handle spindle to the centre of the keyhole. It is designed to work with most common lever-lever or lever-pad handle sets.
The "inboard" gearbox design refers to the specific positioning of the locking components relative to the gearbox. This configuration is necessary for specific door profiles (PVC-U, timber, or composite) that require certain internal clearances for the mechanism to operate correctly.
