The GU Fast Lock Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt is a robust replacement centre case designed for security and long-term reliability. Featuring a 35mm backset and 92mm centres, it is a versatile choice for many modern multi-point locking systems. This unit incorporates a split spindle design, which provides flexible functionality for external door applications.

Operation: Locking is achieved simply by lifting the handle upwards to engage the latch and deadbolt. To unlock, turn the key one full rotation and then push the lever handle down. This intuitive "Fast Lock" mechanism ensures your property is secured quickly and efficiently.

Handing & Installation: The latch is fully reversible to suit both left and right-handed openings. To reverse the hand, simply remove the screw located in the latch, flip the latch head 180 degrees, and refit the screw securely. It is designed to house a standard Euro profile cylinder.
