When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.
If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.
Each group of locks will then receive keys.
The GU Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt Centre Case provides a cost-effective repair solution for common lock failures where the existing locking strip remains in working condition. This single spindle centre gearbox is designed for use with Euro profile cylinders and features standard 92mm centres.
Available in a range of backsets (28mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, or 55mm) and case widths (45mm, 50mm, 55mm, or 70mm), this unit is highly versatile. It has a standard case height of 195mm, making it a suitable replacement for many GU lock models.
Please note: This product is the centre gearbox only and does not include the full-length faceplate or locking strip.
To ensure compatibility, you should measure your existing lock's backset and centres. This GU gearbox features a standard 92mm centre (the distance from the spindle to the keyhole) and is available in multiple backsets ranging from 28mm to 55mm. It also features a compact 195mm case height common to many GU multipoint systems.
Yes, the latch is fully reversible for universal handing. You can easily change the orientation by inserting a flat-bladed screwdriver into the vertical slit on the side of the lockcase to release the latch, then simply flip it and click it back into place.
No, this is the centre gearbox only. It is intended as a cost-effective repair part for when your internal mechanism has failed but the existing full-length metal strip and faceplate are still in good working order.
This unit utilizes a standard lift-lever operation. To secure the door, you lift the door handle upwards to engage the locking points along the strip, and then turn the key in your Euro profile cylinder one full rotation to throw the deadbolt.
