The GU Secury Auto A2 1770 is a high-performance multipoint locking system engineered for timber and composite doors. Its defining characteristic is the automatic locking function; when the door is closed, the secondary deadlocks engage instantly without the need to lift a handle. This ensures immediate security and prevents the door from bowing by maintaining constant pressure against the frame.

This unit is designed with keywind operation, meaning the locking points are retracted using the cylinder key. This makes the A2 1770 an ideal solution for modern entrance doors featuring fixed external pull handles or lever-on-rose hardware, where traditional lift-to-lock handles are not utilised. The central lock case includes a standard latch and deadbolt, supplemented by two automatic deadlocks distributed along the faceplate.
