As a single spindle unit with 92mm centres, it is compatible with most standard lever handles. The 16mm faceplate makes it suitable for installation in various door types, including timber, composite and UPVC. This lock is frequently used as a direct replacement for existing GU Secury systems that have failed over time.

One of the key features of this model is its versatility; the gear tray is designed to accept shootbolt attachments. This allows for the addition of top and bottom locking points, making it an ideal choice for full-height security requirements. When installed, the lift-to-lock action engages all locking points simultaneously, while the key operation deadlocks the unit for maximum protection.
