When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

Each group of locks will then receive keys.

Latch & Hookbolt

The Ingenious Professional replacement gearbox is a replacement centre component, not a complete multipoint locking strip.

The listed references are CA-1001-T and CA-1003-T. A shared Ingenious name or a similar centre-case outline is not proof of fit across Professional and Duplex locks.

Confirm follower springing, any latch holdback, the handle/spindle arrangement and the drive connections for the exact supplied case. Do not transfer those features from a different full-lock drawing or the 30mm 1031-SPG assembly.

Match the exact original case and lock generation, backset, spindle arrangement, case outline, drive connections and retaining fixings. Matching the brand or a single measurement does not establish a direct replacement.

A centre-case repair can retain the locking strip only when the replacement is an exact match and the strip, remote locking points and frame keeps remain serviceable. Have the fault and the complete assembled lock checked before assuming that the gearbox alone is sufficient.

Check the handing and latch-reversal instructions for the actual supplied case. Do not use a generic screw-removal procedure or assume that every revision can be reversed in the same way.

The two spindle positions must be matched to the required handles and operating function. Twin-spindle construction alone does not establish split-spindle operation or guarantee key-only outside entry. Match CA-1001-T or CA-1003-T to the actual lock and handle arrangement.

A latch-holdback snib, where present on the exact case, holds the latch retracted; it does not secure the door. Confirm that the supplied revision has this feature and follow its instructions rather than assuming every Ingenious case has the same snib.
