Holdback for periods of free access

The 2435 adds a holdback facility to the mortice-latch format. That suits a doorway which needs coded access at some times and free entry at others. Compare the standard 2430 if holdback is unnecessary, or the key-bypass format if managers also need key access.

Replace the latch, not the whole keypad

A replacement deadlatch can restore a working Lockey installation where the keypad remains serviceable. Match the existing model, backset, spindle connection and faceplate before ordering; the Lockey range also contains deadbolt, rim and hook-bolt assemblies which do not use the same latch.

Match the replacement to the original

  • Compare the original backset, follower or cam connection, faceplate and fixing centres with the replacement.
  • Retain the original model reference and measurements; send us photographs if the existing assembly is difficult to identify.
