When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

Each group of locks will then receive keys.

Latch & Deadbolt

This family contains the PL18W-27 and PL18W45RE177027 complete locks. Both are listed with two outer hooks and a twin-spindle centre case; the selected backset must match the original mechanism.

Check the faceplate shape and end treatment against the actual supplied reference, as well as the case, followers, fixings and keep positions. Neither a 20mm faceplate nor the Lockmaster name establishes a direct replacement. Follow the original lock instructions for lever engagement and separate key locking.

FAQs

It provides a twin follower arrangement for matching door furniture. Check the required follower positions, spindle and handle fixings; neither lever/pad compatibility nor split-spindle conversion follows from the name alone.

Use it only in a door prepared for the exact selected complete lock. Door material and a similar backset are not enough to establish a repair or new-installation fit.

The lever operates the outer locking mechanism; key locking is a separate step. Closing the door engages the latch, so do not describe lifting the lever as deploying the centre latch or assume a fixed key-turn count.

The family is listed with a 20mm faceplate. Match the exact flat/radius end treatment, length, route and fixings of the selected reference rather than relying on width alone.
