When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

Each group of locks will then receive keys.

Latch & Deadbolt

The PLSP71-27 is the single-spindle Lockmaster complete unit with two outer deadbolts and a centre latch and deadbolt. Match the exact mechanism rather than treating every three-deadbolt Lockmaster as interchangeable.

Check the follower, spindle, case, fixings and full deadbolt layout against the original door. Lever engagement and key deadlocking are separate actions. Common PZ and faceplate dimensions do not establish broad replacement compatibility or a particular key-turn count.

FAQs

Use furniture matched to the single follower, spindle, springing and fixing positions. A lever/lever handle description does not make every such handle set compatible.

There are two outer deadbolts plus the centre latch and deadbolt. The layout is a fitting characteristic, not by itself a security rating for the complete door.

Only if the complete PLSP71-27 preparation agrees. Compare the case, backset, follower, fixings, strip length and deadbolt/keep locations; 92mm PZ and a 16mm faceplate alone are insufficient.

Follow the original mechanism's lever-engagement and key-deadlocking sequence. Do not assume lifting the lever also throws the centre deadbolt; unlock and retract the mechanism as directed for the actual lock and furniture.
