When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

Each group of locks will then receive keys.

Latch & Deadbolt

The PL11-27 uses four roller cams along the door edge with a centre latch and deadbolt. It is a complete lock, not a replacement centre gearbox.

Match the original reference and complete locking layout. The twin-spindle arrangement must suit the fitted handles; do not assume that adding a split spindle changes the lock's operation. Roller adjustment and door alignment should follow the instructions for the exact installation.

Match the twin follower positions to the handle arrangement on the door. Twin spindle is not evidence of a split-follower conversion or guaranteed nightlatch operation with any handle set.

The unit has four rollers plus a centre latch and deadbolt. These components have different functions, so their count should not be treated as a security rating.

Only if the complete mechanism matches the door. Compare backset, follower positions, case, length, fixings, roller locations and keeps; a 16mm groove alone is insufficient.

The rollers engage matching keeps to control door compression. They do not repair a distorted door or guarantee a draught-free seal; check alignment and seal condition as well.
