The Mila 4500 Slave Gearbox Old Style is an essential component for the inactive leaf of UPVC French doors, providing a 35mm backset and 92mm centres. This unit acts as a slave centre case, ensuring the inactive door remains firmly closed while allowing the master door to lock securely against it for enhanced protection.

Designed to fit older Mila lock cases, this gearbox offers a cost-effective solution for refurbishing existing door systems without the need to replace the full multi-point lock strip. It utilizes a single spindle and a lift-lever locking method, where the lever is lifted to engage the mechanism before the cylinder is turned to lock.

Please be aware that the fixing points on this replacement gearbox are unthreaded and require the use of self-tapping screws.
