Millenco Mantis 3 Twin Spindle Multipoint Door Lock

The Millenco Mantis 3 is a high-security multipoint door lock designed primarily for uPVC and composite door systems. It functions as a comprehensive locking solution, utilizing a lever-operated mechanism where lifting the handle engages the secondary locking points before the key is turned to secure the deadbolt.

Typical applications include both new installations and the replacement of existing Millenco Mantis 3 units. Its twin spindle design (92mm and 62mm centres) provides versatility for different handle styles, including those requiring split spindle functionality for external door security. The security array consists of two hooks and two anti-lift bolts, which work in tandem to prevent the door sash from being levered away from the frame.

In addition to security, this lock features two roller cams. These are designed to pull the door sash tightly into the frame, providing an effective weather seal and helping to prevent the door from bowing over time. The mechanism is housed behind a 20mm faceplate and is designed to accept a standard euro profile cylinder. When used as a replacement part, it ensures the continued structural integrity and security of the door set.
