When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

Latch & Deadbolt

The Roto C600 776558 has a central latch and deadbolt with two additional deadbolts. This supplied version has a 45mm backset, 92mm PZ centres and a 16mm faceplate.

Operation: the cylinder key drives the locking and unlocking mechanism; lifting a lever is not the locking action. Roto specifies two key turns for full locking and two in the reverse direction for unlocking. The key can retract the latch from outside; a suitable inside lever operates the latch after unlocking. Normal C600 operation is not a panic escape function.

Replacement fit: match the exact order reference and revision, backset, 92mm PZ centres, 16mm faceplate, case routing, locking-point positions and profile-specific frame keeps. Matching the brand or PZ centres alone does not make this a direct replacement. The stored range manual explains installation and operation; it is not proof of every older order-code dimension.

Connector required: Roto lists 776558 as the couplable 45/92 C600 with a central bolt and two additional bolts. The manufacturer requires a connector component so the connecting rod is properly guided. Confirm which connector is included or separately required for the existing assembly before fitting. The catalogue lists 16mm-faceplate connectors 620682 and 620685 for different sash-rebate-height ranges; these are not interchangeable lengths or a reason to assume either is supplied with the lock.
