When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

Each group of locks will then receive keys.

Latch & Deadbolt

The Roto H650 2003432 has a central latch and deadbolt with four V-cams. This supplied version has a 35mm backset, 92mm PZ centres and a 16mm faceplate.

Operation: lift the door handle to engage the additional locking points and central deadbolt, then turn the cylinder key to block the mechanism. Unlock with the key before lowering the handle to retract the locking points and latch. This is manual lever-operated locking, not automatic locking when the door closes.

Replacement fit: match the exact order reference and revision, backset, 92mm PZ centres, 16mm faceplate, case routing, locking-point positions and profile-specific frame keeps. Matching the brand or PZ centres alone does not make this a direct replacement. The stored range manual explains installation and operation; it is not proof of every older order-code dimension.

Exact catalogue reference: Roto lists 2003432 as the 35/92, 8mm follower, 16mm faceplate four-V-cam version with V22/25 locking pattern. The stored catalogue pages show the locking-point layout and main-case drawing. Compare these with the existing unit before replacement; a catalogue sash-rebate-height range is not the physical strip length.

This full multipoint system provides extensive security with a total of six locking points:

  • A central latch and deadbolt
  • Four adjustable V-Cams (mushroom cams) distributed along the 16mm faceplate

The supplied lock is described with a reversible latch. Set handing using the applicable manufacturer procedure and check the complete lock, frame keeps and door profile; reversing the latch alone does not prove every inward- or outward-opening installation is compatible.

To secure the door, you simply lift the handle upwards to engage all locking points, including the four V-Cams and the central deadbolt. A standard Euro profile cylinder is then used to lock the mechanism in place.
