When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

The Tessi Bullet Lock and Housing set is a dedicated security solution for roller shutters, commonly used on commercial shop fronts and industrial warehouses. This system functions by providing a physical deadbolt that prevents the shutter from being raised when the locks are engaged.

The set consists of two locking pins and two matching housings. The housings are designed to be welded directly onto the shutter guide or frame. Once the shutter is closed, the lock pin is inserted through the guide and into the housing, effectively pinning the shutter in place. Using the key retracts the internal locking mechanism, allowing the pin to be withdrawn so the shutter can be opened.

Typical applications include new shutter installations or the upgrading of existing manual and motorised shutter systems. As these are supplied as a keyed alike pair, both locks can be operated using the same key, simplifying access management for site owners. These units are a standard requirement for high-security perimeter protection in retail and industrial environments.

This set comes as a complete pair, including two bullet locks and two weld-on housings. Both locks are keyed alike, allowing you to use a single key to operate both units for greater convenience.

The housings are designed for permanent installation by being welded onto the metal frame of a roller shutter or security door. Once the housing is securely welded, the bullet lock pin can be inserted to lock the shutter in place.

These locks have an overall size of 90mm. They feature a high-quality Nickel Plated (NP) finish, which provides a professional look and helps protect the metal components from environment-related wear.

When the bullet lock is inserted into the welded housing, the pin acts as a physical barrier that prevents the shutter from opening. Turning the key allows you to withdraw the internal locking pin so the bullet can be removed from the housing, freeing the shutter.
