Trojan TS007 2 Star Composite Lever Handle

The Trojan TS007 2 Star Composite Lever Handle, also recognised as the Yale Quartas, is a high-security door furniture solution specifically engineered for composite door applications. By providing 2 Star TS007 accreditation, this handle allows installers to achieve a 3-star security rating when paired with a standard 1 Star cylinder, ensuring compliance with Document Q and other security standards without the need for a 3 Star cylinder.

Manufactured from high-grade 304 stainless steel, the handle offers exceptional durability and resistance to environmental degradation. It has been salt spray tested in excess of 1,000 hours, making it suitable for installations in varied climates. The internal mechanism includes an integrated spring cassette, which provides a positive return action to prevent handle drooping over time, maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of the door set.

This handle set is suitable for both new installations and as a high-security replacement part. It features 210mm screw centres and is designed to fit doors with a thickness between 44mm and 75mm. It is cycle tested to 50,000 cycles and conforms to BS EN 1906, ensuring it meets the rigorous demands of frequent daily use.
