The Trojan TS007 2 Star UPVC Lever Handle is a high-security hardware solution designed for external UPVC doors. By achieving a TS007 2-star rating, this handle allows for the installation of a standard 1-star cylinder while still meeting the rigorous security requirements of Document Q and PAS 24.

Constructed from grade 304 stainless steel, this handle is engineered for longevity and has been salt spray tested for over 1,000 hours, making it highly resistant to corrosion in various environments. The assembly includes an integrated spring cassette, which ensures the lever returns to its horizontal position after every use, preventing the common issue of handle sag.

Typical applications include both new installations and the replacement of existing door furniture. It is compatible with multipoint locking systems on doors ranging from 44mm to 75mm in thickness and utilises 210mm screw centres for a secure fit. This product is also widely recognised under the name Yale Quartas.
