The UNION ExiSAFE Panic Bolt Set is a high-specification hardware solution designed for rebated double doors. This comprehensive package includes a single panic bolt (CE851PB) and a single panic latch (CE853PL), providing a reliable egress system for emergency exit routes. The latch unit is typically installed on the primary opening leaf, while the bolt unit secures the secondary leaf.

For enhanced security and functional reliability, the main body is equipped with an anti-thrust device, which prevents the top and bottom shoot bolts from being forced out of their sockets. The system also incorporates an automatic top trip mechanism and an easy-clean floor socket to ensure smooth operation even in high-traffic environments. The set is fully reversible, making it compatible with various door orientations.

This hardware is engineered for safety and longevity, having undergone durability testing to 200,000 cycles and 96 hours of corrosion resistance testing. It is CE marked and Certifire approved, meeting stringent fire safety standards for both timber and metal doors. The set can also be integrated with UNION CE855OAD outside access devices to allow external entry when required.
