When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

Each group of locks will then receive keys.

This is the separate 138R/45 case, not a lever-operated multipoint gearbox or a substitute for another backset. WILKA describes 138R as a cylinder-operated mortice deadlock without a latch or follower.

Match the delivered case, forend, fixing positions, cylinder and keep to the actual door. Confirm its direction rather than assuming every 138R generation is non-handed. Current catalogue geometry and optional U-rail variants must not be substituted for the older supplied article.

A 20mm bolt throw and an EN 12209 range statement do not establish the complete door's security or fire rating. Galvanised material and a closed top and bottom do not establish dust, water or weather sealing.

This mortice deadlock is specifically engineered for use with metal frame doors. It features a 45mm backset and 92mm centres, making it an ideal choice for narrow-profile metal door applications requiring a secure deadbolt solution.

The 138R range is described by WILKA to EN 12209 and with a 20mm throw. This does not establish a particular delivered certificate class, fire performance or security rating for the complete door.

The galvanised case is closed at the top and bottom. Those construction details do not mean that dust, filings or water cannot enter, and no sealed-enclosure rating is claimed.

The deadlock case is supplied without the Euro-profile cylinder. Match the cylinder, cam/function, forend, fixing pattern, keep and required direction to the actual door.
