This ensures the door is always securely latched and weather-sealed without requiring manual intervention.

This system incorporates a central magnetic trigger that activates the hooks only when they are perfectly aligned with the keep, preventing damage to the door frame. The solid hooks feature an anti-push back design, providing significant resistance against physical attacks. While the hooks engage automatically for immediate security, the central deadbolt can be thrown using a key to provide a secondary layer of deadlocked protection.

Commonly specified for both timber and composite doors, the AV4 is suitable for new builds and high-end residential replacements. Its non-handed construction simplifies the installation process, as the same unit can be fitted to either door orientation.
