The Winkhaus Cobra is a high-performance multipoint door lock designed for timber and composite door systems. This lever-operated mechanism provides multiple locking points, including a central latch and deadbolt combined with two security hooks to ensure a tight seal and high resistance against forced entry.

This specific model features a split spindle operation, allowing the internal and external handles to operate independently. This is typically used to prevent unauthorised entry from the outside without a key, even when the door is unlocked on the latch. The 20mm radius faceplate is designed for easy routing and a clean finish in prepared door apertures.

Suitable for both new installations and as a replacement for existing Winkhaus Cobra systems, it employs standard 92mm centres for broad hardware compatibility. The system is designed to work with a standard Euro profile cylinder, making it a versatile choice for residential security upgrades.
