Both full units have a supplier-listed 55mm main-case backset, but their lockout backsets differ: 2945121 has a 45mm lockout and 4939381 a 35mm lockout. Both case preparations, cylinder positions and the complete strip must be matched to the door.

FAQs

The lockout box is a separate cylinder-operated function that the supplier describes as disabling the centre case. Both variants have a 55mm main backset, with a separate 45mm or 35mm lockout backset. They are not one interchangeable configuration.

The source specifies 92mm PZ and a split spindle, but those values do not establish handle fit. The spindle arrangement, fixing positions, lugs and door thickness must match; the lockout preparation is a separate requirement.

The lock has two hooks and a latch-and-deadbolt centre case. Exact security accreditation and replacement performance require evidence for the selected reference and complete doorset, not the Cobra name alone.

Service life depends on the complete installation, alignment and maintenance. Follow the maintenance instructions for the supplied lock; a range cycle-test figure is not a guarantee of a particular replacement's service life.
