The Winkhaus STV-FGTE is a multipoint master lock engineered specifically for the first opening leaf of double door sets. It provides a robust, high-security solution for residential and commercial properties and is compatible with composite, timber, and aluminium door frames.

The mechanism functions using a central gearbox that houses a latch and a deadbolt with a 20mm throw. Upon lifting the lever, two hook bolts engage to secure the leaf firmly against the secondary door or frame. This system is typically used in conjunction with a slave lock on the secondary leaf to ensure a cohesive and secure double door installation. The faceplate is designed to be croppable, making it adaptable for various door heights, and the unit is prepared to accept additional top and bottom shootbolts if extra stability is required.

This lock is an ideal choice for both new door fabrication and as a replacement part for existing Winkhaus systems. It utilizes a standard Euro profile cylinder and is compatible with 92mm centre handles, ensuring ease of maintenance and hardware selection.
