When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

Each group of locks will then receive keys.

Latch & Hookbolt

The Yale Doormaster G2000-style Repair Gearbox is listed under L18760 as a 35mm latch and hookbolt centre case with twin followers. Its hook-above-latch layout is useful for identification but does not prove a replacement match.

Confirm the physical case reference and compare the donor's follower arrangement, fixing positions, drive connections and full case layout. Do not approve a replacement from the G2000 name, backset, centres or finish colour alone.

It is a gearbox-only repair component. Use the supplied fitting and operating instructions and the matched furniture. Twin followers are not an automatic split-spindle conversion. A replacement case is not a complete replacement for a damaged full-length mechanism.

FAQs

Yale lists a Doormaster G2000 hook repair case, but confirm the exact donor reference, follower arrangement, fixings and drive connections. It is not an approval for every original G2000 mechanism.

The latch is listed as reversible. Confirm the supplied case reference and follow its handing instructions; check the complete lock and furniture orientation before fitting.

The listed family has a hook above the latch, 35mm backset and 92mm/62mm follower centres. Also compare the case reference, fixings and drive connections; these headline features alone do not prove compatibility.

The supplied repair is listed with a silver finish. Colour alone does not establish identical dimensions or operation to an older yellow-passivated case, so match the exact case reference and connections.
