The ZOO Euro DIN Nightlatch Mortice Lock is a robust DIN-format lockcase designed for commercial doors, access control installations and compatible smart locking systems. Featuring a 55mm or 60mm backset, 72mm centres and an 85mm case, it provides a versatile locking solution for applications requiring a standard DIN lock configuration.
The lock features a 22mm square or radius-profile Grade 304 stainless steel forend together with a Grade 304 stainless steel latchbolt, providing excellent durability and resistance to everyday wear. An integrated anti-thrust pin provides additional security by helping prevent the latchbolt from being forced back when the door is closed, while the grip-tight follower provides reliable handle operation.
Tested to BS EN 12209:2003 Grade 3, the lock is designed for demanding applications where dependable operation is essential. ZOO also lists the product with CE2812, UKCA1121 and CF850, together with FD120 and FD240 fire classifications.
